As you can guess it has a fresh and soft texture and a characteristic smell which reveals how healthy it is. Addition of parsley and purple onion makes it even healthier. I just didn’t want to spoil its healthy character and used whole grain bread. This combination proved very delicious. Like all snacks with avocado, this recipe will be one of your favorites.
The best thing about the recipe is that, it is a very fast, easy and a budget friendly one. The ingredients are easily available in all the supermarkets in town. I had a glass of red wine to enjoy these snacks, my husband preferred beer. It’s a good match with most of the alcoholic drinks.
