Cocoa, the strongest flavor for desserts, is to die for. I make a lot of desserts. Some have fruits, some are white with no colorings, and some are brown. The brown ones are sometimes closer to black. The blacker the brownie, the sweeter it is for me. More black means more flavor of cocoa. So, I use as much cocoa as possible in a recipe. This 9 minute brownie sundae recipe is one of them.
I always want to have one whenever I see a brownie sundae bowl. Brownie and ice cream are ultimate pairs for a warm spring afternoon. Imagine your spoon moving towards your mouth, and the smell of your coffee filling your lungs. The greatest company of opposites: black and white. It’s The Rolling Stones, Paint It Black playing in the background, your brownie sundae recipe is from Rollingspoons and you are thinking about the second bowl! Ha ha, is it too much imagination?
Whatever, when it’s the winter time I bake the same brownie and eat it in slices. No topping, no ice cream. But when the weather starts warming and ice cream season starts, the same cake turns into this 9 minute brownie sundae. Actually, ice cream is available all year round, but having ice cream in winter has never been appealing to me.
Such a practical and delicious recipe is not easy to find all the time. You will be amazed at how short it takes to make and how yummy it is. Topped with a scoop of ice cream of any flavor (my favorite is white for this sundae), this 9 minute brownie sundae recipe will be your favorite dessert for this summer. Making your own ice cream would make it even better, but let this to be a fast recipe and don’t bother to make ice cream.
