Who can resist newly baked brownies with all that tempting chocolate smell filling your lungs? I can’t! Being very fast and delicious, 9 minute microwave brownies are just for all brownie addicts.
Do you have some unexpected guests, does your kid keep asking for some desserts to have before it’s dinner time, or is it your chocolate crisis level at the maximum? Whatever it is, here’s how you can handle your case: You just need not more than 30 minutes. It’s been a long time since I first started baking brownies, but none of the old recipes are as fast and yummy as these 9-minute microwave brownies. For me, brownie is the queen of all cakes ever baked and I am sure common ingredients and simple instructions will make it your number one.
Different from typical recipes, you don’t need an oven to bake them. All you have to do is to mix the ingredients and wait for some 9 minutes and finally give it a magic and wet touch to get your brownies ready. And I bet your cake will be ready before you clean up all the mess in your kitchen.
Actually I like it more when it spends a night in the refrigerator, but you can also enjoy your 9-minute microwave brownie right after it cools down. I like it refrigerated in summer, and hot in winter. In summer it’s a perfect match with a glass of cold milk, and in winter with a mug of hot filtered coffee or tea. My son prefers a glass of orange juice.
Whatever you like to have with it and whenever you make it, that will not be your last time. After you see how easy it is to cook 9 minute microwave brownies, you will no longer buy any of those brownie mix boxes.
