Looking for a dessert recipe to please anyone who eats? Trying to get all the compliments from your guests? Are you crazy about cocoa? This recipe is just for you. I swear that chocolate tart tastes far better than it looks!
Sometimes very simple ingredients make miraculous recipes, and I bet this is one of them. You can find these ingredients in every kitchen. The important thing is how you bring them together. Being a good chef is like being a poet: Everybody uses words, but when a poet uses them they become a poem. Everybody cooks, but a good chef knows how to use and process the ingredients that they become so delicious.
Tarts are usually made with fruits, but the flavor of cocoa makes this tart irresistible especially while you cook it. Everybody at home will end up in the kitchen to see where the smell comes from. And I’m sure if you want a piece the next day, you have cook a new one!
With just a few tips to keep in mind, you can prepare this recipe in about one hour in total. Putting cold water while kneading and bringing the butter to room temperature are very important to get the expected result.
You can savor the tart with any kind of hot beverages. My choice was a good blend of high quality filtered coffee. I always prefer coffee when I eat desserts with cocoa and chocolate. I think coffee helps you to feel the taste of chocolate at a maximum.
I didn’t want it to have a lot of decoration on as a good chocolate tart doesn’t need any sprinkles or something to look good. The smell and taste are already tempting enough! Just small mint leaves was enough for me, but you can decorate it with edible flowers or anything you want.I’m sure you’ll like it!
