For me, the best thing about summer is peach! I can die for this sweet and juicy summer fruit, and I can’t think of a summer dessert recipe without fruits, especially peach. Actually peach is so sweet that there is no need to use it as an ingredient, peach is an ideal dessert itself. Imagine yourself taking a big bite from a well cooled peach and dripping juice from your chin. Ain’t that so tempting? As a peach addict, it sounds so tempting to me. This fresh peach delight recipe is so easy and really fast. It requires a little more effort than washing and eating peach as a fruit. When baked in oven with a little sugar addition, peach turns into a scrumptious, juicy and light dessert. Ingredients
- 6 peaches (skins peeled, quartered)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 can Whipped cream (13 Oz)
- 10 Oreos, roughly crushed
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 355 F
- Place the peach quarters in a rectangular baking tray
- Evenly pour the sugar over the peach quarters
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Remove from the oven and let it cool down
- After cools down, top with whipped cream and oreo pieces
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours
- Serve cold
