Energy giving, fast, healthy and yummy. This is what I just want to have for the breakfast on my fitness training days. On these days (I want to keep it at a minimum 3 days in a week) I know that I will need a lot of energy, I don’t have time to prepare complex breakfasts, and I never eat tasteless food, so most of the time, I end up preparing this yummy fluffy cheese omelet recipe.
When you want to make a really yummy omelet, adding some (the more, the better) cheese is the best. Rich in calcium and minerals, cheese helps you to perform a lot of physical activity without getting tired and hungry. But if you spend hours at the fitness center like me, you’ll feel like fainting towards the end of your training session. This is the point you need eggs. Known as one of the richest foods in protein content, eggs will keep you away from feeling hungry for hours, and will give you real, long lasting energy. So this is how you can bring these two yummy foods together: cheese omelet.
When I have enough time, I prefer using veggies for my omelet (ricotta pepper omelet is my favorite), but when in a hurry these deli style cheese slices make a great ingredient for my breakfast. I think it is the best cheese for omelet. They have a strong flavor and therefore I don’t need any spices for this omelet. Just cheese, some salt and eggs! They’ll be ready in five minutes.
A cup of coffee with omelet makes a great breakfast if you are short of time. In spring and summer, variety of fresh fruits will make your breakfast even better. My favorite are grapes and some greens with this fluffy cheese omelet recipe.
