Third time this year. I don’t remember how many times last year, but I’m sure it was more than three. It is an everlasting life saver: has always been so, and will always be! What else can I be talking about? Of course it is the best life saving dessert recipe ever: chocolate salami. You can make it in various shapes and flavors. I like giving it fruit flavors, so this time it was cranberry chocolate salami.
The easiest and cheapest dessert of all times which can be kept in freezer for months and liked by everybody all round the year. A dessert which can be considered healthy as it includes a lot of butter and eggs. There are also some “ chocolate salami no eggs ” recipes but unless someone in the family is allergic to eggs, I prefer using them both as an adhesive agent and protein bomb.
There is nothing easier than preparing this scrumptious dessert. Bring all the ingredients together after a few short processes, freeze and serve! The only thing I don’t like about cranberry chocolate salami is that, it may be difficult to slice it right after getting the roll out of the freezer. Letting it become softer for about half an hour will be very effective for a more comfortable slicing experience.
Chocolate salami is usually considered as a summer dessert recipe, but I don’t share the same idea. Accompanied with a hot cup of milk or coffee, nobody will say “no” to a slice of cranberry chocolate salami even when it’s snowing outside.
Shortly, this is on of the most frequent recipes I make. You can find it in my freezer all round the year, and I strongly advise you to have a roll of chocolate salami for an unexpected dessert crisis or unexpected guests. Complete satisfaction guaranteed!
