Ingredients

  • 1 green apple
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 banana
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ root ginger (about 1 Oz)
  • 2 pieces of celery sticks
  • 6-7 spinach leaves
  • 4 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Process all the fruits (except lemon) and greens in a juice extractor
  2. Squeeze the lemon
  3. Add the honey
  4. Drink as soon as possible
